Dr. Connor Glass is the founder and CEO of Phantom Neuro, a neurotechnology company pioneering minimally invasive muscle-machine interfaces to enable intuitive control of prosthetic limbs and robotic devices. Connor studied neuroscience and medicine at Johns Hopkins University before turning his focus to translating advanced research into real-world impact for patients.
His work at Phantom Neuro has been supported by DARPA’s Commercial Strategy Office and leading venture investors, including Ottobock, LionBird, Time Bioventures, Actual VC, and Draper Associates. Under his leadership, Phantom Neuro has developed the Phantom X platform, which achieves over 94% accuracy in decoding motor intent.
