Ed founded and successfully exited 360training, a leading compliance and career certification marketplace, and later launched QuickStart, an AI-powered workforce readiness platform. Today, Ed is the Founder and Managing Director of EdTech Ventures, a venture studio with a growing portfolio of companies focused on building next-generation Talent Intelligence and Skills Platforms, with over $200 million in assets under management.
Continuing his lifelong mission, Ed is driving the evolution of Agentic AI in education and work, uniting AI, data, and human intelligence to power a new global model for continuous learning, employability, and workforce transformation.
