Mitra Miller is a venture investor, advisor, mentor, and board member. She is VP, Board Member, and President-Elect of the Houston Angel Network, one of the largest and most active angel investor groups in the U.S., which invests in highly disruptive, early-stage companies in Energy, Technology, Life Science, Consumer, and Aerospace. As the managing partner of Mill River Capital, she uses her 25+ years of strategic and operational experience to advise founders and investors on business planning, due diligence, commercialization, finance, and team development. A leader in the Texas innovation ecosystem, Mitra advises public, private, and non-profit organizations on capital formation and advancing innovation. She is deeply committed to giving back to the community and serves as a board member for the Center for Houston’s Future, a Trustee for Goodwill Houston, and as the founder of Eagle Investors, an innovative program that introduces students from Title I Houston high schools to the startup community.
