Prerna Sharma is a General Partner at Antler US and leads the firm’s Austin presence. She was one of Antler’s first five employees globally and helped shape the firm’s expansion across continents, as well as its core methodology for identifying and supporting founders from day zero. Before Antler, Prerna helped Uber scale across Asia as one of its earliest hires, and later built the People & Culture function at Flow Traders Asia, a top proprietary trading firm. A computer engineer by training, she began her career in India developing scalable tech solutions for companies like AMEX and GE Healthcare. Prerna brings a rare blend of engineering depth, operational scale, and a deep belief in the power of exceptional founders.
