Touraj Parang is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Serve Robotics (Nasdaq: SERV), a leading autonomous robotics company, which he helped spin out of Uber in 2021 and take public. He is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, advisor, and operating executive with over 25 years of experience in Silicon Valley.
He has been a founder, executive, and trusted advisor to several fast-growing technology startups with exits to Zoom, LinkedIn, Instacart, Vistaprint, and Postmates, among others. He has also led acquisitions of over 15 startups at Serve Robotics, GoDaddy, and Webs. He is the author of Exit Path: How to Win the Startup Endgame, which draws on his decades-long unique experience involving hundreds of M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and venture capital investments totaling billions of dollars in aggregate value.
He earned his JD from Yale Law School and his AB in Philosophy and Economics from Stanford University.
