Dave de Csepel serves as CEO and Executive Director of the Alliance for Southern California Innovation (the “Alliance”), a nonprofit founded in 2017 to strengthen Southern California’s

Both organizations focus on mentoring and investing in early-stage companies, drawing on the deep, cross-industry expertise of more than 500 members across the region. A serial entrepreneur for over two decades, Dave has spent the past ten years as a lead investor and consultant with BioCorRx Inc., a publicly traded healthcare solutions company pioneering
treatments for alcohol and opioid addiction.

Earlier in his career, Dave was a founding member and partner at Veritas Realty Investments, a real estate development firm that acquired and managed multi-family residential projects throughout Greater Los Angeles. There, he led design, project management, and sales and marketing for a portfolio of apartment and condo properties.
Prior to relocating to Southern California, Dave held leadership positions in advertising sales at major media companies in New York City and Chicago, including Discovery Networks, Turner
Entertainment, and ESPN. In addition to his business leadership, Dave serves as Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, where he teaches in the graduate program. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
