Dr. Erin Parks is a clinical psychologist turned health tech entrepreneur and co-founder of Equip, a virtual eating disorder treatment platform delivering evidence-based care to patients across the United States. As Chief Clinical Officer, she has helped scale Equip into one of the country’s most innovative digital health companies, partnering with major insurance providers to make high-quality mental health care accessible at scale. Before co-founding Equip, she was faculty at UC San Diego, where her research and clinical work inspired her vision for a more accessible model of care. She holds a Ph.D. from UC San Diego and a B.Sc. from Northwestern University.
