Claus Torp Jensen leads Dell Medical School’s technology and data roadmap, ensuring state‑of‑the‑art, cohesive, secure, performant and cost‑effective capabilities that enable world‑class care, research and education. A seasoned health care technology executive, he brings deep expertise in digital transformation, data and artificial intelligence, enterprise integration, and mergers and acquisitions. Before Dell Med, Jensen was chief innovation officer at Teladoc Health and chief digital and technology officer at Memorial Sloan Kettering, guiding large-scale modernization and AI initiatives. He holds a master’s and doctorate in computer science from Aarhus University. A technologist turned storyteller, Jensen has authored five For Dummies books, two IBM Redbook publications and journal papers, and he holds more than a dozen patents. His leadership has been recognized with the Seattle ORBIE Leadership Award (2024) and the New York ORBIE Award in Health Care (2022), alongside the Zero Distance Award (2022, 2023) and Modern Healthcare’s Top Innovators Award (2022).
