Alex Martin is the CEO and founder of Clearspeed, a venture-backed company delivering rapid, reliable risk assessment at scale with a proven, powerful voice-based technology. A former U.S. Marine Corps officer with four combat deployments, Alex has led in diverse arenas—from special operations to maritime security and global development. He previously founded a private security firm in Oman and worked with Nuru International in rural Kenya, scaling solutions to address extreme poverty. Alex holds degrees from the U.S. Naval Academy and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and is a graduate of both the Navy and Marine Corps War Colleges. He lives in San Diego with his wife and twin daughters.
