Alex Levin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Regal, an enterprise conversational AI platform, founded in 2020 and backed by Emergence Capital, that helps businesses create brand-specific, customer-facing, autonomous AI agents for customer support, sales, and operations.
An AI pioneer, Alex has led Regal to be named to the “Deloitte Technology Fast 500”, “IVP Enterprise AI 55”, “Vendr SaaS Rising Stars”, “INC 5000”, and “Forbes Best Startup Employers”. Alex has built Regal into a leading AI company that works with the leadership teams and boards of 200 of the largest enterprises, including Allstate and Toyota, to help them leverage AI to improve their customer interactions and lower their cost to serve customers.
Previously, Alex spent 6 years building Angi from $1M to over $1B in revenue, making it the largest home services company in the world. Alex ran the Contact Center team as it scaled to 3,000 people and millions of interactions a month. Alex also led the Growth team, which brought Angi installation services to consumers through the top 3 retailers in the US (Walmart, Target and Costco) and the top home goods retailers, including Lowe’s, Wayfair, Overstock, Ashley Furniture, eBay, Crate & Barrel, and Google Nest.
Alex is also an angel investor in early-stage technology companies through Blue Trail Partners.
Alex received a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University in Psychology with a Certificate in Mind, Brain and Behavior, and a minor in Philosophy.
